The timeline:
- 5:45pm - Guest pick up from Nagambie Black Caviar Statue
- 6:00pm - Guest arrival to Mitchelton Cellar Door entrance
- 6:00pm - 6:30pm - Arrival drinks and Canapes in the Ashton Tower Sundown Room
- 6:45pm - Guests seated at the Muse Restaurant, Wine Dinner to commence
- 9:45pm - Wine Dinner event to conclude
- 10:00pm - Guest pick up from Mitchelton Cellar Door entrance
- 10:15pm - Guest arrival back to Nagambie Black Caviar Statue
