WINE PROFILE

Lifted perfumed floral and spice notes along with intense aromas of fresh blackberries, blackcurrants and dark plums along with aromatic French oak influence.

An enchanting aroma medley of ripe dark fruits, blackberry, blueberry and cassis with a gorgeous vannilin and violet lift. Underneath is a layer of cacao and earthiness paying homage to the site. Deep ruby in appearance the Print Shiraz has a complex palate is medium bodied with a balance of fruit and savoury spice supported by soft acidity light fine grippy tannins. The 2018 Print Shiraz pairs best with Braised Beef cheeks or lamb shanks in red wine jus and will reward patience by cellaring up to 10 years.
