WINE PROFILE

An enchanting aroma medley of ripe dark fruits, blackberry, blueberry and cassis with a gorgeous vannilin and violet lift. Underneath is a layer of cacao and earthiness paying homage to the site. Deep ruby in appearance the Print Shiraz has a complex palate is medium bodied with a balance of fruit and savoury spice supported by soft acidity light fine grippy tannins. The 2019 Print Shiraz pairs best with Braised Beef cheeks or lamb shanks in red wine jus and will reward patience by cellaring up to 10 years.
