WINE PROFILE

Deep magenta in colour with a fine, creamy mousse. Ripe blackberry and cherry aromas are layered with violets, salted plum and hints of baked earth. The palate is rounded, dark and opulent, revealing a compote of summer berries. Creamy effervescence balances the off-dry sweetness and savoury tannins. A perfect complement to a festive roast.
