The 2023 Heathcote Shiraz is a 750 mL release from Heathcote, Victoria, crafted from the 2023 vintage and sitting at 14.8% ABV with approximately 8.9 standard drinks. Structured for both immediate enjoyment and the cellar, it will continue to develop with confidence over the next 5–8 years.
